Carrie is a graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and has had a busy career in the healing arts for eight years. Carrie integrates the techniques of Zen Shiatsu, Neuromuscular, and Swedish with intuition and compassion for a customized massage to meet her client’s diverse needs.
Carrie has extensive clinical experience in Anatomy and Kinesiology that supports injury and sports related issues while also allowing for deep relaxation. As an avid yoga practitioner Carrie is insightful and understands the value of mindful grounding through bodywork as a means to supporting a healthy balance in life.
Alison is a graduate of and instructor at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado and is the creator/owner of Alivio Massage Therapy. Her practice involves a blend of Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Mayofascial Release, and Access Consciousness energy work. Alison also practices Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal Massage, and Hot Stone Massage. She is a Certified Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, Certified Access Body Process Facilitator, as well as a Right Body For You Taster Facilitator. Classes are offered for those interested in learning about Access Bars or Body Processes for personal use, as an extra modality to use with any healing/health profession, or for those wanting to become a facilitator themselves. She also offers dynamic advanced healing sessions known as Symphony Sessions and the Acoustic Massage.
